For the money, it is working well for me. I am not connected to this Bluetooth all day long. Comfortable and delivers a good quality sound. I only use it for phone calls when connected to my android phone. Inexpensive. Arrived quickly. My other device finally failed after almost 6 years.

I am very particular about headsets but it is hard to find the old-style Plantronics I use and love. I decided to take a chance on New Bee for a backup headset. I was pleasantly surprised by the functionality, comfort, and reasonable cost of the New Bee. The volume is not quite as loud as I would like it for phone calls (the only reason for 4 stars rather than 5), however, the sound is clear, and the people I talk to say it clear on their end as well. I do use it for calls, but it is especially great for listening to audiobooks. I love that I can turn the book off with a click of the "answer" button. My expensive (old-style) Plantronics one won't do that; I have to hunt for my phone to turn off my audiobook.I do want to make a note about the double-click redial. On my Plantronics, the redial calls the last person I spoke to, whether it was a call I made or received. I found out by accident that the New Bee always calls the last number I dialed. Just a caveat!I also want to make a point about comfort. I do not wear headsets that enter the ear canal; I find them uncomfortable and annoying for multiple reasons. Although the New Bee comes with covers that go in the ear canal, the shape of the earpiece on this headset allowed me to switch the silicone cover that came with it with the one I use on my Plantronics. Yay! Win-Win! Bottom line... it works well for my needs, so I am considering purchasing several since this type of earpiece is getting harder to find.

The earpiece works pretty well, but the fit is a bit to be desired, but I have very unique ear canals that pretty much don't fit with any Bluetooth earpiece.Also, the sound quality is okay, the ambient sound reduction is okay, but not great, though, the quality of voice to the person you're calling is excellent.Last, the battery life and connectivity are top top notch, which is why I gave this item 3 stars instead of 2.

Not bad looks good. Shipment was quick charges fast. Only complaint to have is it sounds a little funny but it’s totally fine
