Perfect, 2 tbsp dried butterfly pea flowers, 1 tsp raw apple cider vinegar (with the mother), 1 tsp fresh lemon juice, 2 cups filtered or spring water, 1 tsp (or to taste) honey or agave (optional) delicious. Price was right, easy to use, strength was good, I'm always relaxed but just sitting back drinking it made me feel relaxed. Beautiful purple color. It smelt just like a pea to me, I love peas.

This is a wonderful tea. It has a very mild flavor and aroma which is pleasant and non acidic. The blue color is nice. I feel this tea is both relaxing and reduces stress. If you enjoy herbal teas and like flowers, try this tea. 🦋

These are good to put in with tea. They do change the waters color but don’t have a taste. U can use these for dying things too. The bag is super huge and goes a really long way.

Bright blue color with just a few flowers steeped for a few minutes, which changes to a fun pink color when adding lemon juice. The flowers gradually turn white as all the blue disperses in hot water.It has a very mild flavor, like drinking water used to boil vegetables without any seasoning.Not sure about the health benefits, but I definitely experienced a diuretic effect from drinking the tea! Make sure you have a bathroom nearby while you drink this! I think I lost 3 pounds in water weight after drinking 6 flowers’ worth of the tea in one day.

This tea is really great. Not only does it have a blue color, which is so cool to see, but it also smells exquisite and tastes delicious. If you add lemon juice to it, it turns a purple color. A little bit goes a long way, so this bag can last you a great deal of time, making it an excellent value. It is also a perfect tea to offer guests so they can be captivated by the color too.

Using 1 gram of flowers (10 of them) per 250 mL produced a nearly black tea, almost impossible to see the color. I had to dilute the resulting tea made 5 or 6 to 1 with water, to get the color you see in the rainbow jars picture. Amazingly intense color, a little goes a very long way! I'm guessing the 1-2 gram serving size is for health benefits.The smell on opening the bag was very reminiscent of beets, changing to cabbage and wet flowers after adding boiling water, and finally it smelled a little like cooked spinach after about 10 minutes of steeping. The flavor is just faintly vegetal, a bit like spinach, with the 1 g per cup. When diluted down to a visible blue, I can't really taste anything. I received this product on the 4th of June. 2 days later I'm feeling less stiffness in my body! This product is great! I've taken other things in the past that has worked but not as quickly as this. The taste and smell reminds me of asparagus and goes down quite smooth. I drink it plain but I'm sure you can add things to it to make it more palatable for you. As I continue to take it, I'm looking forward to see what else this product can do for me
