Q: Does this printer come with all 4 toners?

Yes - the printer comes with starter toner cartridges. They were good for about 5,000 pages or so. Replacement cartridges are good for 15 - 30,000 pages.

Q: Is this a brand new printer in an unopened box? Does it com with the full hp warranty as it would when buying directly from them?

It does have the HP warranty paperwork with it. It was brand new unopened in the HP packaging. Great printer, scanner and fax. Replaced my HP 3530mfs. The most expensive part of these printers are the refill cartridges. I also ordered the extra 500 sheet paper tray.
