This amazing and unjustly underrated FP is a Kaweco and Lamy KillerBy far, the best writing instrument of this (entry) level, that is in my collectionIts +M (almost "B") nib is smooth and writes like a dreamHighly recommendedBRAVO Schneider!

Good pen
Its very smooth and comfortable. The nib is on the higher side of M. People who love very bold writing should definitely go for it.

Decent enough for the price
I was looking for something to replace a regular Parker fountain pen and with a left-handed nib. The difference is hardly noticeable and I find that the quality of ink and especially paper are a greater influence on how smoothly I am able to write - I write about three A4 pages a day. I found myself a little misled by the headline description of this being a fountain pen. Perhaps it was the way I was taught but to me a fountain pen and a cartridge pen are different and I ended up buying a converter. Serves me right for not realising. The grip is pleasant and doesn't slip as much as my other pens and it's easy to spot on my crowded desk. Writing is smooth enough if I get the angle right and I do find myself having to 'reset' my hold; I find the formed shape of the grip is slightly off for me but it tends to move over the course of a few paragraphs. Still, it's not unpleasant to use by any means. The flow is good with the converter and I've not had any problems with surface tension or blotching. Sadly, I cannot afford a top of the range fountain pen so this is a good value writing tool until I strike gold.I use this converter: https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B0067EJQRG/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o05_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Good
Excellent grip, the nib is good, sturdy quality. Can’t fault it, especially because it takes standard cartridges.

Great pen
These pens are just so comfortable to write with. I couldn’t recommend them enough. I’m quite a fast writer and these keep up easily with my writing speed. Great pen!

Lovely pen but...
I got this pen and it worked perfectly for two weeks, then for some reason couldn't move ink from the cartridge to the nib as easily as it used to. To the point where it wouldn't produce any ink. I don't know if this specific pen is faulty or if this has happened to somebody else. I normally buy from this brand of pens and they last years before I get issues and have to replace them.

Very comfortable grip
Now I didn't think there was place on this earth for a left handed cartridge pen !!!! I was wrong my left handed son had started calligraphy a while back and was complaining about the fountain pens not feeling how they should , after spending a small fortune on different ones , I found this , and apparently it's the most comfortable pen his ever used !!!!!!

Love it.
I wanted a medium nib fountain pen so I bought this one, and I’m so glad I did as it’s perfect, it writes smooth and the ink flow is just amazing, I also bought the rollerball version so I have a set now.
