Brilliant coffee maker. Our last Bosch coffee maker finally needed to be replaced so we purchased this machine and there have been one or two changes to the machine but certainly all for the best. The coffee tastes excellent and you get a good sized mug full of coffee. Would definitely recommend.

Love this easy to use coffee machine. TIP: Make sure the lid is always open before you first turn the power on so that the barcode window can register each function chosen! If you try to power on and operate whilst the lid is closed it won't work. So open lid, then power on, pod in and cup in, close the lid, then press button to start process. Open lid when orange light stops flashing, change pod if needed e.g. to creamer then close lid and repeat. Tassimo also have a brilliant customer service phone line. Clean barcode window inside lid with washing up liquid. Descale after 3 months approx which takes 30 mins.

This product worked fine for over 8 months but then a red light fault was showing.Contacted the customer service of the company I purchased the machine from (Bosch) and got no support what so ever.Advised Amazon of the situation and they promptly told me to return the Coffee Machine immediately which I did.The coffee machine was returned via Royal Mail on Thursday the 3rd July.The support from Amazon was top class, not like the support from Tassimo/Bosch.

Bought this for my husband for Father's Day and he loves it. Not just Great for coffee drinkers. You can make a good hot chocolate too.

This is our third or fourth Tassimo and we’re all addicted to our morning tassimo, be it hot chocolate with espresso and creamer, or without creamer. My personal favourite is three creamers interspersed with two decaf espressos, tsp each of sweetener and Cadbury’s hot chocolate powder.

Ordered this product in the morning and received it within the evening! Gobsmacked at the speedy delivery. Arrived in intact packaging but sadly didn’t work! The orange light came on but wouldn’t start the initial cleaning process. Called Amazon and they were super helpful.. sent a replacement immediately. Waiting on the replacement to arrive with fingers and toes crossed!! Will update accordinglyUPDATE: 5 stars for both Amazon customer service and for the machine! was replaced so quickly and without a fuss.. the new coffee machine works well. Does what it’s supposed to do! Neat little piece of equipment, can be tucked away, doesn’t take up a lot of counter space. I’m happy with my purchase!

Wow this coffee machine is amazing I have had loads of coffee machines over the years but this latest one the sunny is the best I have owed the coffee taste is superb and it’s easy to use the manual is a bit confusing so I went to YouTube and found loads of help videos they made this simple and up and running in 5 min 🤭😬 just great I am over the moon 🤭
