The packaging was in great condition and it came with a manual as well as charging cord. It came with two watch bands and a kit to add or take away links to fit. I really loved how the watch feels light on my wrist and is functional. I don’t have to constantly charge it (I charge it every 3rd day). The Bluetooth pairing to iPhone 14 Pro was seamless and quick. The app that accompanies the watch is also user friendly.

This is a well built smart watch. I have been using mine from the same company with excellent customer service for a while now so I got my wife one. The only drawback to this watch is you cannot turn off the ringtone on the watch. The dial library is massive and after you set the app you don't have to reopen it just let it run in the background on your phone and doesn't add any extra strain to your phone battery. If anything happens to mine or hers we will be reordering from this company.

This is nice but you only can get text messages. You can't text back. When u disconnect it from your phone the device will keep connecting until u shut it off.

Watch works perfectly but watch band is defective and only lasted a couple of months before clasp quit working.
